Wenn es um die Verbindung meines Fashion-Ichs und der Geschäftsfrau geht fällt es mir meistens nicht leicht mich auf die nötigen Basics zu beschränken und Unnötiges sein zu lassen.

Für diesem Post bin ich also in mich gegangen und habe mich auf die 10 wichtigsten Basics beschränkt die ein #girlboss oder #bosswoman benötigen sollte.

1. That’s a CEO-glow: Sunday Rileys “C.E.O. glow” face oil, 78 EUR, ist gegen Stress, Umwilteinflüsse und frühe Alterung. Das Vitamin C verleiht einen strahlenden Teint, hydratisiert und verbessert das Erscheinungsbild der Haut. Was wollen wir mehr?
2. Schau mir in die Augen, Kleines: Mascara ist eine sehr persönliche Sache. Nicht jede funktioniert gleich für jeden. Die “Better than Sex” Mascara von Too faced, ca 13 EUR, erfreut sich aber grosser Begeisterung, so auch bei mir. Allerdings nur in der mini Version, da hier das Verhältnis zwischen Bürstchen zu Produkt perfekt ist. On top passt sie auch noch in das kleinste Täschchen.
3. Küss mich, bitte, bitte küss mich: Als absoluter Lippenstift-freak empfehle ich den neuen Chanel Rouge Allure Ink Fusion in der Farbe “Mauvy-Nude”, ca 30 EUR. Er ist langanhaltend, wasserfest und dezent in seiner Farbe.
4. Nie ohne Maniküre: Gepflegte Hände sind ein muss und entsprechen einer persönlichen Visitenkarte für sich selbst. Auch hier setze ich auf dezente Farben. Der Lack von Essie in “Ballet Slippers”, ca 9 EUR, begleitet mich sicher schon 6 Jahre und hat mich noch nie enttäuscht. Kleiner Tipp: Nagelöl lässt die Nägel im Nu frisch manikürt aussehen.
5. Ein Allround-Talent, der Blazer: Ein Klassiker welches in keinem Schrank fehlen sollte. Es lohnt sich hier in ein qualitativ hochwertiges Stück zu investieren. Man soll ihm den hohen Anspruch nicht gleich ansehen. Meinen Lieblings-Blazer habe ich von Marina Rinaldi, hier findet man zwischen 300 und 800 EUR einen “Partner fürs Leben.”
6. Ummantel dich: Bleiben wir bei den “Partnern fürs Leben” dazu gehört auch ein Mantel. Auch hier sollten man nicht sparen. Wie beim Blazer zählt für mich die Qualität und lange Tragbarkeit welches sich beides vereint bei Marina Rinaldi wieder finden lässt. Man muss etwas tiefer in die Tasche greiffen allerdings bleibt dir der Mantel, ca 300-1500 EUR, eventuell länger erhalten als so mancher Boyfriend ;):
7. Gut besohlt: Der scharze Pump ist wohl der Klassiker schlecht hin. Wähle einen Schuh der Dich tagsüber im Büro oder zu Meetings begleiten kann sowie auch Abends zum Dinner. Eine elegante und bequeme Option ist der “Romy 85” von Jimmy Choo, ca 450 EUR.
8. Das “Gedäschhhh”!: Eine gute Handtasche wird Dir lange einen guten Dienst erweisen. Achte auf eine gute Qualität. Es muss keine Luxusmarke sein doch falls Du hier investieren möchtest halte dich mit grossen brandings zurück, dies kann falsche Signale senden. Eine perfekte Kombination bietet die Monochrom Tasche von Prada, ca 1750 EUR.
9. Dein Werkzeug: Wenn es zu Arbeitsmitteln kommt habe ich persönlich die besten mit Apple gesammelt. Ich bin von der Langlebigkeit, Design und Handhabung begeistert und könnte ohne MacBook, iPhone und Co nicht mehr auskommen. Informiere Dich welches System für Dich am besten funktioniert.
10. Bleibe “Frau der Lage”: Um alles im Griff und vorallem den Überblick zu haben, bieten sich gewisse tools an. Ich habe verschiedenste probiert und bin mit der kostenlosen Version von Meistertask sehr zufrieden. Man hat einen guten Überblick und kann diese spielend mit seinen Kollegen teilen.

If it comes up to the combination between business and my fashion self I discovered ten essentials I find useful for my businesswoman-life.

From beauty, fashion to tech-products up to treat yourself.

1. That’s a CEO-glow: Sunday Rileys “C.E.O. glow” face oil, 78 EUR, is against a stressful lifestyle, the environment, and the aging. Vitamin C serves a nice glow, brightens, hydrates and your complexion looks healthier. All we ask for.
2. Look me in the eyes, baby: When it comes up to mascara it turns out that it is a very personal thing. What may work for my lashes will maybe not work for yours. The “Better than sex” mascara from Too Faced, ca 13 EUR, worked now for me for so long and for so many that I can truly recommend it. (P.S. Consider to buy the mini! The proportion between brush and product makes it perfect)
3. Pretty lips don’t lie: As a true lippie-lover I’m suggesting the Rouge Allure Ink Fusion from Chanel in Mauvy Nude, ca 30 EUR. It’s long-lasting and waterproof. The mauvy tone is reluctant and perfect for giving a fresh look during business hours.
4. Never without my manicure. Well-looked-after hands are a must! Use nude colors. I prefer Essie “Ballet slippers”, ca 9 EUR. A little tip from my side, keep always a good Nail-oil close to you so your nails look freshly manicured.
5. Allround-talent Blazer: A basic piece that should never be missed in your wardrobe. A classy good quality blazer. Personally I’m preferring the blazers by Marina Rinaldi a little investment but last almost a lifetime.
6. Grab a good coat: Same as the blazer you should invest some money for a classy coat. I find many different ones by Marina Rinaldi like the classy camel coat. They are worth the money and will accompany you for years without being out of style which is sustainable.
7. A good shoe. A black pump will bring you a lot of joy and wear. Find a high that is wearable on a longer daily basis but not too flat to flatter you. My go-to is the Jimmy Choo Romy 85 Pump, ca 450 EUR in black.
8. Keep your things together: A good handbag should not be missed in our list. Here I would not suggest a good quality handbag not too small or too big so that you can wear it for evening occasions too. Also considerate to not show off brands while shopping for a high-quality bag. Try to find a bag where the brand is not written all over. The current Monochrome by Prada, 1750 EUR, in black is a very good combination of reluctant and classy.
9. Good tools. Nothing goes without a reliable Notebook or Phone. Personally I’m preferring Apples MacBook Pro and the iPhone. Both never left me high and dry. Chose your product after your skills and what is for you easy to work with.
10. The master of the situation: When it comes up to tasks, to-do lists, plans and more than one co-worker I find it very hard to keep everything clearly laid out. After trying different task-manager tools I find Meistertask as a very good tool where you can already do a lot with the free version.
